1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan. 2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments are made in advance of delivery. 3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call us directly. 4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges. 5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. 6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If there is an issue with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
